Yes - once your product is added, enter a message on the cart page.
If you forget to add your message, simply reply to your order confirmation email and we will include it. For privacy reasons, all gift cards with a personal message are delivered in a sealed envelope.
We can include/exclude any item in our hampers – if you have any specific dietary requirements we can work with you to create your perfect gift basket/hamper.

Of course you can, but it is easiest if you email us the information. We would require the following: (please include in your email)
- Item or items you wish to purchase
- Recipients names – stating which item is for which recipient if your purchase includes differing items
- Shipping addresses for each recipient
- Individual messages (if applicable)
- Any special delivery instructions
- A delivery charge will apply to each delivery address
This option is available via email and bank transfer only (not internet ordering, unless of course you wish to enter each order individually!)
Flat rate delivery New Zealand Wide $9.95 + rural (where applicable) Free Urban Wairarapa delivery, or free collection from our Commercial Kitchen.
Please enter your preferred delivery date in the notes section at checkout or email us directly.
We will endeavour to have your gift delivered by that day (or just before) but due to factors outside our control we cannot guarantee the delivery date – if your delivery is within Urban Wairarapa we can personally deliver your gift (subject to availability).

Not usually, however, we may be able to do so within the Urban Wairarapa region.
Yes, provided there is enough time to complete delivery as rural normally adds at least
2-4 days to the delivery time. Note that the rural charge is determined by the freight company, not us.
If you wish to know the status of your delivery please contact us and we will be more than happy to confirm its status or provide you with the tracking number.

We use Stripe as our payment gateway provider. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We never see or store your credit card details when you place an order online with us.
Alternatively, contact us directly to place your order and we will advise our bank account details so you can pay us directly..
